TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSIONS

By purchasing a commission, you agree to have fully read and accepted the following «Terms of Service». Please be sure to carefully read this section to avoid misunderstandings. Any questions and concerns can be answered in DMs through Instagram.

❖ After purchase, you have non-commercial ownership of the artwork and other included iterations (e.g. transparent version of the artwork.). This means that the piece can be used for any personal purposes (e.g. edits, minor physical reproduction for decor purposes, etc.). If commercial use is of interest (e.g. merchandizing), please contact me with further details on the desired use of the artwork in question to come to an agreement.

❖ Only minor changes to the commission after purchase and final revision are allowed. This includes changing the dimensions of the image, color correcting the piece to a new hue, and other superficial editions. However, no alterations that differ from the original product beyond initial recognition are allowed (e.g. replacing the featured character.).

❖ By buying the commission, you’re purchasing the artwork and the labor behind it. However, I retain the right to use the image as a sample for sales and self-promotion unless agreed against it. This option will be presented during the delivery stage.

❖ If posted or used online, you must credit me as the original creator of the piece. The credit can be mentioned in a minor statement under the post showcasing the artwork. You may not claim the artwork was produced by yourself.

PAYMENT

❖ All payments should be in USD through a Paypal invoice which I will provide. Do NOT send me the payment, it will be refunded.

❖ All commissions have a set price featured in the most recent post related to the available goods. If these are edited during the process of production, your commission will maintain the price that was featured during its initial purchase.

❖ Refunds are only available if I haven’t started the production of the artwork, or more specifically if I haven’t done a sketch.

RESELLING

❖ If you wish to give up ownership of the piece, under no circumstance are you allowed to charge for the commission more than half of the price given to it on its initial purchase.

❖ The Terms of Service stated here are to be applied to whoever has active ownership of a commission of my creation regardless of any statement by the reseller indicating the contrary. If you give up ownership, please inform the new owner of the detail.
